Employment Information       

At the present time we do not have any FULL-TIME positions available within our department.

We do hire part-time patrol officers when the need arises.  We utilize our file of current applications when reviewing for these positions.  We accept applications on a continuous basis and keep those applications on file for (2) two years.

We frequently receive resumes at our department.  Resumes are not accepted in lieu of an application.  Resumes can be submitted in addition to a formal application.

Applications are available for pick up and return at the police department located at 303 W. Main Street Coldwater, Ohio 45828. The applications are in the police department lobby and if no one is in the office there is a locked mailbox that the application can be returned in.  Applications will not be mailed out and will not be accepted by mail.  Applications must be picked up and returned in person to the police department.
